Competition

By having a competition to collect customers details you increase your chances of receiving the majority of your customers details.

Ideally your customers will go to your site and register themselves, so it is important your customers know you have a site.

It may be easier for you to collect your customers details.

For this reason when you build your WebMailPro website we will provide you with a pad of forms to enable you to collect your customers details at point of sale.

Under the Newsletter tab you can select Add Subscriber and add in details yourself.

Remember WebMailPro is a Permission Marketing Tool, subscribers volunteer their details, and can unsubsribe at any time.

Topics

It is a good idea to enable your site with Topics, so that your customers can elect to receive mail on only subjects they are interested in. If they wish to change their Topics list they can do so via the website.

Newsletters

Your customers do not wish to receive newsletters which are not relevant to them.

You must not send out too many newsletters, or send out newsletters which are not connected to the reasons the subscribers, first subscribed.

Make your newsletters interesting and relevent, inorder to ensure they are read.

Statistics

Under Statistics WebMailPro allows you to see the numbers of Email Sent out and also the number of Emails read.

Subscribers

Under Newsletters you can see the numbers of subscribers as well as the numbers who have unsubscribed.
