Creating Pages
This is the first of our helpful tips series for WebMailPro users.
Users will recieve these newsletters as well as being able to revisit them at the WebMailPro site.
Creating a page to place in your site is as easy as using a text editor. Simply use the text editor to create your page content, adding links and images using the wizards provided for you by clicking on the icons at the top of the editor.

Title
The title will appear in the Title bar of the browser window.
Navigation
It is important your page appears in the navigation or as a link on a page. You can select to place your page in the site navigation or leave it out of the navigation, and link to via an on page link.
Your site will have either 2 or 3 levels of navigation.
Level 1 pages appear in the heading as you can see above.
Level 2 and 3 pages will appear in the left side navigation.
The priority allows you to order the page in the navigation.
Keywords and Descriptions
These should be set under Admin - Site Information so that each page has the defaults you have set for your site.
These are important to allow Search Engines to find and index your pages.
Publishing
So individual pages can be hidden rather than deleted, you can select to unpublish a page so it will not appear on the site, or in the navigation. Only published pages appear in the site.
Security
If you wish to secure a page you can give it a login and password, which will prevent it from being seen without logging in.
Pushing Live
Once you have finished creating or editing pages, you must push them Live, by clicking on Push Live at the top of the page.
