1. What is DNS?
 

DNS stands for Domain Name Server. A registered domain name must be placed in a domain name server and setto point through to a particular system which is pernmanently linked to the Internet. The DNS serves to point your particular address through to the relevant files or system on the Internet.

2. How do I use my own domain name?
 WebMailPro will automatically assign a system based domain name when yur first create your site. This name may be changed to a domain name obtained through any of the domain name registries.
3. How do I change the URL of my site?
 

Changing the URL of your site must be done by a WebMailPro systems administrator. Please contact WebMailPro to change the URL of your site.

4. What does it cost to host a WebMailPro site?
 Hosting costs are dependant upon the amount of email generated and the amount of traffic received by your site. See pricing for a detailed cost structure.
5. Can I change the style of my site?
 

Yes - you may change your style through either the manula or Easy Style sytem. The Easy Style system will overwrite your existing sytle and, as such, should only be used when first creating your site. Once you have settled on a style minor adjustments can be made throught the manual style edit tools.

6. Ho do I change where a page sits interms of navigation?
 

To change the navigational placement of a page you must first unpublish the page. Unpublishing the page remove that page fromt he navigation, it may then be inserted into a new location. Unpublishing a page will also unpublish any pages that sit below that poarticular page.

8. Does WebMailPro do SPAM?
 

SPAM is the sending of unsolicted email. Typically a spammer will scoure the net for a list of email addresses and then send out message to each address. To avoid the cost of huge volume mailouts the spammer will seek unsecured mail servers and use false addresses.

WebMailPro is not designed to serve a spamming tool. Subscribers must be entered into the system by either the business owner or the user themselves. All email sent by WebMailPro offers the recipient the oppertunity to remove themselves from a particular mailing list. WebMailPro reserves the right to discontinue service to site owners who abuse the WebMailPro system.
