Communications Management Features

Online and Offline Subscriber Registration

Subscribers may add (and remove) themselves for your mailing list via a simple to use web interface. This allows you to build a subscriber base from web site traffic. Alternatively subscribers may be added in  offline mode and included in the system.

Personalised Email Generation

WebMailPro allows to add that personal touch - you may address by name the recipient of your email. You can include a small portrait of yourself.

Scheduled Email Delivery

Send your email at a time decided by you. Scheduled email delivery allows you to set up any number of timed  notices which will not be delivered until they are due.

Content Management Features

Integrated WYSIWIG Editor

The WYSIWYG editor allows yours format text, insert images, apply styles and insert tables and hyperlinks all with a point and click ease.

Template based design

Add a new page and it automatically takes on the design of the site - all you need to worry about is the content of the page. WebMailPro comes with templates for Frequently Asked Question, Related Sites, Contact Us forms and a blank generic page. The insertion of navigation and other site elements is all managed by the site generation engine.

3-Tier Navigation

Using the top level primary and side bar secondary and tertiary navigation system, WebMailPro may be used to host over 400 pages organised in accordance with a 3-tier navigational structure that you decide on. All navigation is text based allowing you to quickly add new pages.

Full design - Small files size

WebMailPro is designed to created visually stunning websites with the excessive load of too many images. Two or three images., along with a carefully chosen colour scheme is all that's required to create a visually impressive yet fast loading site.

Html file Structure

WebMailPro is a third generation Content Management System. You get the ease of a database managed content, without sacrificing the speed and search engine friendliness of html. WebMailPro will regenerate your site whenever addition are made - thereby maintaining the overall integrity of te sites file structure.

Submissions Management

Design your own forms and receive submissions as email and recorded in the site. WebMailPro allows you to establish any number of forms. Notification of submission maybe in the form of an email or SMS message.

Integrated Statistics

WebMailPro includes integrated hit counter allowing your to measure the traffic received by your site. Aain - no more trips to the web master for log analysis and stats.

Automatically Hosted

WebMailPro sites are hosted as soon as they are created. No need to organise server space - its already done!

No Installation Required

WebMailPro belongs to a new generation of applications which are installed on server and are accessed by a thin client such as web browser. So if your reading this then you probably already set up. WebMailPro requires a version 5 browser or above.

Preview & Publishing

WebMailPro offers multi-user access and a preview and publishing feature for larger organisations. Content authors may submit new material. The site editor may preview and publish that content when required.

Search Engine Optimisation

WebMailPro sites are designed to be search engine friendly. This means that with the right content, keywords and page description your site will be found more easily than your competitors. All WebMailPro sites are html file based - allowing the maximum degree of search engines access.
