Managing Subscribers

It is vital to your business to keep your customers upto date with offers and promotions, which will be of value to them.

Recent Improvements

Recent improvements to WebMailPro mean that you can manage your subscribers more easily via the workspace.

If you have asked for Topics and Groups within your environment, under the Newsletter tab you will find new links to powerful new tools.

If you have not please email us , or phone 61 2 9974 1280 to allow you access to these powerful new features.

Topics and Groups

Topics and groups further allows you to group your subscribers so you can send them more relevant information.

Topics

A subscriber to your site can select which topics they are interested in, allowing them to manage their own subscription. Leaving the user feeling that they are in control of the newletters they receive.

For example: A record store may have topics of Pop, Jazz, Classical, Wold Music

Groups

You can also group subscribers yourself, to allow you to send email to which ever group you desire. For example: you may have groups of Management, Sales Team, Administration

Your present Email collection

If you have already being collecting email, it is no problem to upload these into your WebMailPro database.

WebMailPro allows you to upload a tab delimited file of email addresses, selecting topics and groups for the set as a whole.

This can be done under the Add Subscriber File tab

Managing groups and topics

Should you need to move users from one group to another, one topic to another, or from a group to topic or visa versa, this is easily done.

These simple taskes can be done under one or

• Share Groups
• Share Topics

These new additions will make managing your subscribers, simpler, and more importantly will allow you to send subscribers more relevant newsletters.
