Adding HyperLinks
By highlighting some text or an image then clicking the hyperlink button, a pop up will appear allowing you to select a page within the site, or putting in the url of a site on the world wide web.
To correctly place a url a site must begin with http://
Similarly an email address must begin mailTo:
Adding Images
When you select the image icon a pop up Image Manager will appear, allowing you to select an image from your WebMailPro directory, or upload another image from your file system.
Images
Images used on the internet should be either .gif or .jpeg images. These image types are most suitable due to their small filesize. .tif and .bmp files should be avoided as these are very large files. These files should be converted to either .gif or .jpeg images using a image editor.
Large images cause webpages to download very slowly, and you should be careful to not place either too many images or images which are too large on your pages.
Images can be aligned by selecting the align select box. Aligning an image to the right means that text will wrap around it on the left side.
Though you can resize the image in the text editor this is not advisable as the image does not actually change size, it is just placed at a different size, often distorting the image.
Building Tables
WebMailPro's Table builder allows you to build and edit tables on your pages.
Creating a table is simple just click the table icon and select how many rows and columns you require.
To edit a table click inside the table and then select the table icon, when the pop up appears, select Edit table.

Html Mode
If you have some knowledge of HTML, the language used to create webpages, you can select to edit this code yourself. But why bother when the text editor does it all for you.
